The Grafsky business class Hotel in Khamovniki is an example of industrial architecture of the 19th century. It was built in 1866 (architect D. A. Gushchin), rebuilt in 1897 (engineer N. E. Markov). Previously, the hotel was part of the Khamovnichesky Beer and Honey factory.
